| 1. Gites are let out on a weekly basis from Saturday (arrival between 4 pm and 8 pm) to Saturday (departure before 10 am). Please vacate the property by stated hour to enable the owner to prepare for the next occupants.
2. An inventory will be taken by the owner or his agent at the beginning and the end of the stay. Check this carefully with the owner to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes.
3. Upon your arrival at the gites, the owner reserves the right to ask for a deposit, refundable at the end of your stay, to cover damages and breakages. If you damage any furniture or break anything, please let the owner know.
4. Prices are inclusive of a certain amount of water, gas and electricity as set out in the contract. Any supplement is calculated according to your actual consumption or after deduction of a lump sum.
5. The gite must be kept clean by the tenant. On your departure, the owner or his agent will check the state of the gite, especially the beds, bathroom and kitchen equipment. If it is not up to standard, you will be charged for any additional cleaning.
6. Blankets are provided but tenants are requested to bring their own sheets, towels, etc …. Some owners will hire out bedlinen.
7. If the capacity of the gite is exceeded, the owner is entitled to refuse to accept additional persons or he can ask for extra rent.
8. If you are bringing pets, you must have the owner's permission beforehand.
